Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and rolling the date. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit, and handle adjustment vouchers and correction vouchers. Manage guest check-ins, assign rooms, activate keys, and operate the telephone switchboard for wake-up calls and messages. Complete the Room Rate Variance Report, count the bank, and balance receipts per Accounting specifications. Welcome guests, address service needs, and maintain work areas and material cleanliness. Report accidents and injuries to the manager while adhering to company policies and confidentiality standards.
