Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and processing all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, and credit. Handle guest check-ins, assign rooms, activate keys, and process adjustment vouchers, correction vouchers, and miscellaneous charges. Operate the telephone switchboard, manage wake-up calls, and sell available accommodations to guests without reservations. Complete the Room Rate Variance Report, count the bank, and balance receipts per Accounting specifications. Welcome guests, address service needs, and maintain work areas and cleanliness standards. Report accidents and unsafe conditions to the manager while complying with quality assurance expectations and company policies.
