Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and processing all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, and credit. Manage guest interactions by handling check-ins, assigning rooms, operating the switchboard, and selling accommodations based on availability. Process adjustment vouchers, correction vouchers, and miscellaneous charges while printing contingency lists and completing the Room Rate Variance Report. Count the bank at shift end, secure it, and balance receipts per Accounting specifications. Maintain work areas, stock supplies, and ensure cleanliness before use. Report accidents or unsafe conditions to the manager and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
