Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and processing all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, and credit. Handle guest check-ins, assign rooms, activate keys, and operate the telephone switchboard for wake-up calls and messages. Process adjustment vouchers, contingency lists, and the Room Rate Variance Report while balancing and securing the bank at shift's end. Welcome guests, address service needs, and maintain work areas according to company standards. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager. Follow all policies, ensure professional appearance, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
