Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and processing all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, and credit. Manage guest interactions by handling check-ins, assigning rooms, operating the switchboard for wake-up calls, and selling accommodations without reservations. Process adjustment vouchers, correction vouchers, and miscellaneous charges while completing the Room Rate Variance Report and printing contingency lists. Count the bank at shift end, secure bank funds, and balance receipts per Accounting specifications. Maintain work areas, stock supplies, and ensure cleanliness before use. Report accidents and unsafe conditions to the manager while following all company policies and procedures.
