Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Complete end-of-day activities including posting charges to accounts, running night audit backup, and rolling the date. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit, and handle adjustment vouchers and correction vouchers. Process all guest check-ins, assign rooms, and operate the telephone switchboard to manage wake-up calls and messages. Activate or reissue room keys, count the bank at shift end, and balance receipts per Accounting specifications. Welcome and acknowledge guests, address service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities while maintaining positive working relationships. Set up, stock, and maintain work areas, ensuring cleanliness and presentation of all materials prior to use.
