Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and processing all payment types. Manage guest check-ins, assign rooms, and operate the telephone switchboard while handling wake-up calls and messages. Process adjustment vouchers, correction vouchers, and miscellaneous charges, then balance and drop receipts per Accounting specifications. Sell available rooms to guests without reservations and print contingency lists for emergency records. Count the bank at shift end, secure assets, and maintain clean work areas. Report accidents or unsafe conditions to the manager and ensure compliance with all company policies and quality assurance standards.
