Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Post charges to accounts, run night audit backups, and roll the date. Process all payment types including room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit. Handle adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, and correction vouchers. Sell rooms to guests without reservations based on availability. Operate the telephone switchboard, process wake-up calls, and manage guest messages. Complete room check-ins, assign rooms, and activate electronic keys. Count the bank, balance receipts, and maintain work areas. Report accidents and injuries to the manager. Welcome and acknowledge all guests while addressing service needs.
