Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges to accounts, running night audit backups, and rolling the date. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit, and handle adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, and miscellaneous charges. Manage guest interactions by selling rooms without reservations, processing check-ins, assigning rooms, and operating the telephone switchboard for wake-up calls and messages. Activate room keys, count the bank, balance receipts, and maintain work areas. Report accidents and injuries to the manager while ensuring compliance with company policies and quality assurance standards.
