Job Summary
Post charges to accounts, run night audit backups, and roll dates. Process room charges, cash, checks, and credit payments; handle adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, and correction vouchers. Sell rooms without reservations, operate the switchboard, and manage wake-up calls. Complete room rate variance reports, process check-ins, and activate room keys. Count the bank, balance receipts, and stock work areas. Report accidents and injuries, and ensure guest safety and confidentiality. Welcome guests, address service needs, and maintain professional communication.
