Operate the telephone switchboard, process wake-up calls, and manage guest messages. Complete the Room Rate Variance Report and count the bank at shift end. Assign rooms during check-ins, activate electronic keys, and balance receipts per Accounting specifications. Set up, stock, and maintain work areas while ensuring cleanliness. Report accidents and unsafe conditions to the manager. Welcome guests, address service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities.
