Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and processing all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, and credit. Handle guest check-ins, assign rooms, activate keys, and manage the telephone switchboard for wake-up calls and messages. Process adjustment vouchers, correction vouchers, and miscellaneous charges while completing the Room Rate Variance Report. Count and secure the bank, balance receipts, and maintain work areas. Report accidents and unsafe conditions to the manager. Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities. Follow all company policies, maintain confidentiality, and comply with quality assurance standards.
