Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and rolling the date. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit, and handle adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, and correction vouchers. Manage guest check-ins, assign rooms, and operate the electronic key machine while selling accommodations without reservations. Operate the telephone switchboard, process wake-up calls, and answer messages. Count the bank, balance and drop receipts, and complete the Room Rate Variance Report. Welcome guests, address service needs, and maintain work areas and cleanliness standards. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager. Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
