Post charges to accounts, run night audit backups, and process all payment types including room charges, cash, checks, and credit. Handle guest check-ins, assign rooms, and operate the electronic key machine while selling available accommodations. Process adjustment vouchers, print contingency lists, and complete the Room Rate Variance Report. Manage the telephone switchboard, process wake-up calls, and count the bank at shift end. Balance and drop receipts, stock work areas, and report accidents or unsafe conditions to the manager. Welcome guests, address service needs, and maintain confidentiality while complying with all company policies.
