Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and processing all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, and credit. Manage guest check-ins, assign rooms, and operate the telephone switchboard to handle wake-up calls and messages. Process adjustment vouchers, correction vouchers, and miscellaneous charges while completing the Room Rate Variance Report. Count and secure the bank, balance receipts, and sell rooms to guests without reservations based on availability. Maintain work areas, stock supplies, and ensure cleanliness of all materials prior to use. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager while following company policies and procedures. Welcome guests according to standards, assist individuals with disabilities, and maintain positive working relationships with the team.
