Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Post charges to accounts, run night audit backups, and roll dates while processing room charges, cash, checks, and credit payments. Handle adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, and correction vouchers; print contingency lists and complete the Room Rate Variance Report. Perform guest check-ins, assign rooms, and activate keys using the electronic machine. Operate the telephone switchboard, process wake-up calls, and manage guest messages. Count and secure the bank, balance receipts, and maintain work areas. Report accidents and injuries to the manager. Welcome guests, address service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities. Follow company policies, ensure uniform standards, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
