Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and rolling the date. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit. Handle guest check-ins, assign rooms, and operate the telephone switchboard for wake-up calls and messages. Sell accommodations to walk-in guests and manage room keys. Count the bank, balance receipts, and print contingency lists for emergency records. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager. Maintain work area cleanliness and stock supplies. Welcome guests, address service needs, and ensure professional appearance while adhering to company policies.
