Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and processing all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, and credit. Handle guest check-ins, assign rooms, operate the telephone switchboard, and process wake-up calls and messages. Sell rooms to guests without reservations and manage room keys using the electronic key machine. Complete the Room Rate Variance Report, count the bank, and balance receipts per Accounting specifications. Maintain work areas, inspect materials, and report accidents or unsafe conditions to the manager. Welcome guests, address service needs, and ensure compliance with company policies and quality assurance standards.
