Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and processing all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, and credit. Manage guest services by handling check-ins, assigning rooms, operating the switchboard, and selling accommodations to walk-ins. Execute financial tasks like processing adjustment vouchers, counting the bank, and balancing receipts while maintaining work areas and inspecting materials. Report accidents and unsafe conditions to the manager, ensuring compliance with company policies and quality assurance standards. Perform physical duties involving lifting objects up to 25 pounds and standing for extended shifts.
