Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and rolling the date. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, and credit; handle adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, and correction vouchers. Sell rooms to guests without reservations, operate the telephone switchboard, and manage wake-up calls. Complete room check-ins, assign rooms, and activate or reissue keys. Count the bank, balance receipts, and set up work areas. Report accidents and injuries to the manager. Welcome guests, address service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities. Comply with quality assurance standards and company policies.
