Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and rolling the date. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, and credit cards. Handle guest check-ins, assign rooms, and operate the electronic key machine. Answer telephones, manage wake-up calls, and sell rooms to guests without reservations. Complete the Room Rate Variance Report, count the bank, and balance receipts. Welcome guests, address service needs, and maintain work areas. Report accidents and injuries to the manager. This role is part of the Residence Inn by Marriott Trois-Rivieres team, which serves long-stay travelers with fully equipped suites.
