Handle guest check-ins, assign rooms, activate keys, and manage the telephone switchboard for wake-up calls and messages. Complete the Room Rate Variance Report, count and secure the bank, and balance receipts per Accounting specifications. Sell rooms to walk-in guests based on availability and maintain work areas and guest room cleanliness. Report accidents and unsafe conditions to the manager while adhering to all company policies, quality assurance standards, and professional appearance requirements.
