Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and processing all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, and credit. Handle guest check-ins, assign rooms, and operate the telephone switchboard for wake-up calls and messages. Manage room keys, count the bank, balance receipts, and complete the Room Rate Variance Report. Welcome guests, address service needs, and maintain work areas and cleanliness standards. Report accidents and unsafe conditions to the manager while adhering to all company policies and confidentiality requirements. Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
