Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and processing all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, and credit. Manage guest interactions by handling check-ins, assigning rooms, operating the switchboard, and selling accommodations based on availability. Process adjustment vouchers, correction vouchers, and miscellaneous charges while printing contingency lists and completing the Room Rate Variance Report. Count the bank at shift end, secure bank funds, and balance receipts per Accounting specifications. Maintain work areas, inspect materials, and ensure cleanliness and presentation of all supplies. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager while following company policies and procedures. Welcome guests, address service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities using clear, professional language.
