Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and rolling the date. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, and credit; handle adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, and correction vouchers. Sell rooms to guests without reservations, operate the telephone switchboard, and manage wake-up calls. Process guest check-ins, assign rooms, and activate electronic keys. Count the bank, balance receipts, and complete the Room Rate Variance Report. Welcome guests, address service needs, and maintain work area cleanliness. Report accidents and injuries to the manager. This role supports the Residence Inn by Marriott Trois-Rivieres, which serves long-stay travelers with fully equipped suites.
