Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and processing all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, and credit. Handle guest check-ins, assign rooms, and operate the telephone switchboard to process wake-up calls and messages. Complete the Room Rate Variance Report, count the bank, and balance receipts per Accounting specifications. Sell accommodations to guests without reservations based on availability and maintain work areas and guest room cleanliness. Report accidents and injuries to the manager while adhering to company policies and quality assurance standards. Perform other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisors.
