Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and processing all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, and credit. Manage guest interactions by handling check-ins, assigning rooms, operating the switchboard, and selling accommodations without reservations. Process adjustment vouchers, print contingency lists, and count the bank at shift end while maintaining work area cleanliness and security. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager. This role supports the Residence Inn by Marriott Trois-Rivieres, which offers spacious suites with fully equipped kitchens for extended stays. The team focuses on providing human-centric service to both business and leisure travelers.
