Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and processing all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, and credit. Manage guest interactions by handling check-ins, assigning rooms, operating the switchboard, and selling accommodations based on availability. Execute financial tasks like processing adjustment vouchers, counting the bank, balancing receipts, and completing the Room Rate Variance Report. Maintain work areas, stock supplies, and ensure cleanliness while reporting accidents or unsafe conditions to the manager. Perform physical duties involving lifting objects up to 25 pounds, standing, and walking for extended shifts. Welcome guests according to company standards and comply with all quality assurance expectations.
