Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and processing all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, and credit. Handle guest check-ins, assign rooms, and operate the telephone switchboard to process wake-up calls and messages. Sell available rooms to guests without reservations and maintain work areas while inspecting material cleanliness. Count the bank at shift end, balance receipts, and report accidents or unsafe conditions to the manager. Welcome guests according to company standards and comply with all quality assurance expectations.
