Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and rolling the date. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit. Process adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, correction vouchers, and miscellaneous charges. Print contingency lists, sell rooms to guests without reservations, and operate the telephone switchboard. Complete guest check-ins, assign rooms, activate keys, count the bank, and balance receipts. Report accidents, follow company policies, and maintain work area cleanliness. Welcome and acknowledge guests according to standards while addressing service needs. Work full-time at Residence Inn by Marriott Trois-Rivieres.
