Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and rolling the date. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, and credit cards. Handle guest check-ins, assign rooms, and operate the electronic key machine. Sell accommodations to walk-in guests and manage the telephone switchboard for wake-up calls and messages. Complete the Room Rate Variance Report, count the bank, and balance receipts per Accounting specifications. Maintain work areas, stock supplies, and ensure cleanliness before use. Report accidents and unsafe conditions to the manager. Welcome guests, address service needs, and comply with quality assurance standards. Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
