Post charges to accounts, run night audit backups, and roll the date. Process room charges, cash, checks, and credit transactions, including adjustment vouchers and correction vouchers. Sell accommodations to walk-in guests, operate the switchboard, and manage wake-up calls and messages. Process guest check-ins, assign rooms, and reissue keys using the electronic machine. Count the bank, balance and drop receipts, and complete the Room Rate Variance Report. Print contingency lists and ensure work areas are stocked, clean, and presented per standards. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager. Welcome guests, address service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities. Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and protect assets.
