Job Summary
Post charges to accounts, run night audit backups, and roll the date while processing room charges, cash, checks, and credit. Handle adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, and correction vouchers; print contingency lists for emergency guest records. Sell rooms without reservations, operate the switchboard for wake-up calls and messages, and manage guest check-ins with electronic key issuance. Count the bank, balance receipts, and stock work areas while reporting accidents and unsafe conditions. Maintain guest confidentiality, adhere to company policies, and ensure professional appearance.
