Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and rolling the date. Process all payment types, adjustment vouchers, and miscellaneous charges; print contingency lists and complete the Room Rate Variance Report. Manage guest check-ins, assign rooms, and activate keys while operating the telephone switchboard for wake-up calls and messages. Count and secure the bank, balance receipts, and maintain work area cleanliness. Report accidents, adhere to company policies, and welcome guests according to standards. Perform duties requiring lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods. Full-time, non-management role with no supervision experience required.
