Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and rolling the date. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, and credit cards. Process adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, and correction vouchers. Print contingency lists and complete the Room Rate Variance Report. Operate the telephone switchboard to handle wake-up calls and guest messages. Perform guest check-ins, assign rooms, and activate or reissue keys. Count the bank at shift end and balance receipts. Set up, stock, and maintain work areas while inspecting cleanliness. Report accidents and injuries to the manager. Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards. Full-time position with no supervision experience required.
