Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and processing all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, and credit. Manage guest check-ins, assign rooms, activate keys, and operate the telephone switchboard for wake-up calls and messages. Process adjustment vouchers, print contingency lists, and count the bank at shift end while balancing receipts per Accounting specifications. Report accidents and unsafe conditions to the manager. Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Welcome guests, address service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
