Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Post charges to accounts, run night audit backups, and process all payment types including room charges, cash, checks, and credit. Handle guest check-ins, assign rooms, activate keys, and process adjustment vouchers while printing contingency lists. Operate the telephone switchboard, manage wake-up calls, and balance bank deposits at shift end. Maintain work areas, stock supplies, and ensure cleanliness. Report accidents and injuries to the manager, and comply with all company policies, safety standards, and quality assurance expectations.
