Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and rolling the date. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, and credit cards. Handle guest check-ins, assign rooms, and operate the electronic key machine. Manage the telephone switchboard, process wake-up calls, and sell available rooms to guests without reservations. Complete the Room Rate Variance Report, count and secure the bank, and balance receipts per Accounting specifications. Maintain work areas, stock supplies, and inspect material cleanliness. Report accidents and unsafe conditions, and ensure uniform and personal appearance meet company standards. Welcome guests, address service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities while maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information. Perform other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisors.
