Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and rolling dates. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, and credit; handle adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, and correction vouchers. Sell rooms to guests without reservations based on availability. Operate the telephone switchboard, process wake-up calls, and manage guest messages. Complete room check-ins, assign rooms, and activate or reissue keys using the electronic key machine. Count the bank at shift end, secure it, and balance receipts per Accounting specifications. Set up, stock, and maintain work areas while inspecting materials for cleanliness. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager. Welcome guests, address service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities. Follow all company policies, maintain confidentiality, and comply with quality assurance standards.
