Night Auditor and Hotel Operations

Conduct end-of-day activities including posting charges, running night audit backups, and processing all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, and credit. Manage guest check-ins, assign rooms, and operate the electronic key machine while handling wake-up calls and messages via the switchboard. Process adjustment vouchers, correction vouchers, and miscellaneous charges; complete the Room Rate Variance Report and contingency lists. Count and secure the bank, balance and drop receipts, and maintain work areas and material cleanliness. Report accidents and unsafe conditions to the manager. Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies. Perform physical duties including moving objects up to 25 pounds, reaching overhead, and standing or walking for extended periods.
