Job Summary
Conduct front desk operations from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., handling guest registrations, reservations, and daily report preparation. Balance transactions, process cashiering duties, and manage the End of Day and morning audit processes. Execute security walks, verify building locks, and address guest requests while maintaining radio contact with associates. Ensure compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards for safety, record keeping, and uniform appearance. Train new staff as needed and distribute work per SOPs.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of Accounting Principles
- Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Must be able to problem solve and troubleshoot in order to resolve guest issues that may arise and respond to emergency situations
- Must be proficient in Windows operating systems company approved spreadsheets and word processing
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
