Job Summary
Manage reception desk duties and execute the nightly audit process to ensure accurate reports for the next day's trading. Collaborate with security to monitor building systems and maintain a safe environment for guests and staff. Support the day team with operations to guarantee a seamless guest experience throughout the entire shift. Handle late-night inquiries independently while taking initiative without constant supervision. Embrace a rotating schedule spanning 11pm to 7am, including weekends and public holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Capable of embracing a flexible rotating schedule, including weekends and public holidays
- Prior experience in Night Audit and/or Accounts
- technical know-how to efficiently handle the nightly audit of all hotel transactions
