Job Summary
Assist the Night Manager in balancing daily transactions and preparing overnight reports, ensuring guest accounts remain accurate. Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout the night while maintaining a safe environment. Follow the Night Audit checklist to ensure smooth operations and provide quick-thinking solutions when problems arise. This part-time role requires overnight shifts on a rotating schedule and proficiency in Excel and OPERA Cloud.
Required Qualifications
- Guest obsessed focus with the ability to flex in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
- Ability to navigate through change and provide quick thinking solutions should problems arise
- Clear and confident communication skills – both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Excel and OPERA Cloud
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts on a rotating schedule
- Valid Australian working rights
- A valid NSW RSA
