Night Auditor

Deliver exceptional, friendly, and professional customer service to all guests and callers while managing check-in and check-out processes, including registration, account postings, and cashier balancing. Handle guest enquiries, complaints, wake-up calls, mail, messages, and special requests promptly, ensuring accurate credit handling and completing daily audit tasks and reports. Liaise with Housekeeping and other departments regarding room status, lost property, and guest needs, while ensuring security procedures and safety standards are followed. Participate in team briefings, training, and ongoing development programs, and ensure effective shift handovers by reporting any issues to management. Fluent in English is required. Hourly rate is £15.30.
