Job Summary
Manage reception desk duties and execute the nightly audit process, ensuring reports are accurate and up to date. Collaborate with security to monitor building systems and assist the day team to maintain seamless guest operations. Handle late-night inquiries while maintaining a secure environment for guests and staff. Work the rotating shift from 11pm to 7am, including weekends and public holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in Night Audit
- Accounts experience
- Technical know-how to efficiently handle the nightly audit of all hotel transactions
- Capable of embracing a flexible rotating schedule
- Weekend shifts
- Public holidays
