Job Summary
Review all guaranteed arrivals and verify credit card validity, then explain promotional items to guests checking in. Respond promptly to inquiries or complaints by offering alternate solutions when demands cannot be met. Cover other front desk areas as needed, document guest accidents via accident report forms, and complete maintenance logs for reported complaints. Maintain all front desk areas while taking the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner. Other duties as assigned. Part-time shift runs 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, three to four days per week. We pay $17.00/hour and offer travel discounts. Full-time employees after 90 days receive medical, vision, and dental insurance. High school diploma/GED required with previous hospitality experience preferred.
Required Qualifications

- Customer service experience
- Experience handling cash, credit card procedures, and use math concepts
- Attention to detail and organized
- Previous experience in hospitality preferred
