Job Summary
Night Audit Supervisor shifts 11pm–7am at Stamford Marriott Hotel & Spa. Responsible for completing cashier/closing reports, daily revenue reporting, maintaining logs, coordinating with Front Office/Housekeeping to resolve guest issues, processing guest check-ins, offering rooms to walk-ins when available, ensuring room rates align with market codes, and charging outlet transactions to guest accounts. Requires basic computer skills (Word/Excel), a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 2 years of experience in a similar full-service hotel role; Marriott experience is a plus. Must model professional appearance and adhere to safety and confidentiality standards, while providing positive guest service and maintaining interdepartmental relationships.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position in a full-service hotel
- Prior experience in Marriott Hotels or full-service hotel brand will be helpful
- Must possess basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel, Internet Explorer)
- Shift hours 11pm to 7am
