Job Summary
Oversee overnight/front desk operations and loss prevention as the Overnight/PM Front Desk Supervisor. Lead and coach the front desk hosts, ensure accurate night audit processes and guest check-ins/outs in accordance with property, company, and brand guidelines, promote hotel loyalty programs, and provide local information to guests. Serve as MOD in the absence of senior leadership, manage department schedules, and uphold exceptional guest service, confidentiality, and professional standards while coordinating withLoss Prevention and the broader hotel team. Proficiency with Lightspeed PMS, strong communication, and a hospitality-focused mindset are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or higher
- Previous hospitality supervisory experience preferred
- Previous Lightspeed PMS experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work long hours and sit/stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
