Job Summary
Night Audit Supervisor responsible for examining and verifying charges and posting by Front Office Agents, preparing daily transaction summaries, balancing F&B charges, and running room and tax reports. Oversees daily summary reports for distribution to hotel departments; serves as Manager On Duty to resolve guest and team member issues; completes registration and input/output of guest data, assigns rooms, codes electronic keys, and ensures accurate guest statements. Provides guest-facing service including greeting, information on hours and VIP programs, handling special requests, answering phones, retrieving messages, and addressing complaints. Requires ability to maintain calm during emergencies, plan detailed steps using judgment, and handle internal/external customer interactions; works with OnQ PM System and related hotel operations duties. Flexible schedule; minimum one year Front Desk Supervisory experience in a similar-sized hotel preferred.
Required Qualifications
- One year experience as Front Desk Supervisor in a similar size hotel is required.
