Night Audit Supervisor

Night Audit Supervisor responsible for delivering warm, professional guest service and overseeing the night audit process at Renaissance Newport Beach. Duties include welcoming guests, managing check-in/check-out, verifying credit cards/IDs, processing payments, balancing the assigned house bank, posting charges to guest accounts, promoting hotel amenities, handling guest concerns with empathy, generating and distributing daily reports, ensuring Night Audit procedures are followed, and communicating pertinent information to management. The role also involves collaborating with other departments, following emergency procedures, and performing other duties as assigned. Ideal candidates have strong communication and problem-solving skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and may have prior hotel/front desk experience (training provided).
